The annual ShowCo members meeting was a success.
On June 15, 2023, 50 representatives from ShowCo companies gathered in Eindhoven for a company visit to VDL and a networking dinner.
The annual meeting took place in the morning of June 16 at the VDL head office. ShowCo welcomed 6 new members that have joined the Association since spring 2023. In addition to regular topics like reporting on the previous year, the agenda included the Global Exhibition Plan (‘Calendar’) for the coming years and ShowCo's marketing communication and plans for 2024.

Six companies have recently joined the ShowCo association. They all share ShowCo’s aim to improve poultry trade shows for visitors and customers alike. The strategy is clear; attend fewer events but provide a higher quality exhibition and better visitor experience when they attend.

The new members provide a range of products and services including milling equipment, lighting and software, demonstrating that ShowCo is an association for the entire international poultry sector.

ShowCo’s goal is to improve poultry trade shows for visitors and customers by attending every two years. Attending a trade show requires a significant investment of resources. By attending biannually the resources can be channeled in innovation and product development. This yields better results than attending yearly at the same trade fair. This working method ensures that visitors to a trade fair are assured of an innovative range of solutions in the industry.

According to the ShowCo calendar, ShowCo members will participate in IPPE and EuroTier/World Poultry Exhibition in 2024.

ShowCo members are now at work preparing for their participation in IPPE 2024, January 30 – February 2, in Atlanta, USA.

In November 2024 visitors can expect a large number of ShowCo members at EuroTier, 15–18 November, in Hanover, Germany.
